Terms and Conditions of Use
AI 360 Member License
Terms applicable to members and distributors using the artificial intelligence tools provided by Network Growth Systems.
1. Purpose of the License
The AI 360 Member License allows its holder to use the digital tools and artificial intelligence resources to which they have obtained access following their purchase.
This license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property rights relating to the tools.
2. Continued Use After Purchase
A member who has purchased AI 360 tools may continue using them even if they leave their MLM company or if that company ends its partnership with Network Growth Systems.
The member retains the right to use the purchased tools in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The tools may be used for another company, a different professional activity, or personal projects.
These continued usage rights do not guarantee the permanent availability of every technical feature, external service, or future resource.
3. MLM Company-Specific Customization
Certain AI tools may be used with a customized configuration module provided by an MLM partner company.
This module may include the company's name, products, compliance requirements, commercial instructions, communication methods, and internal operating rules.
If a member leaves the MLM company, they must stop using that company's customized configuration module for their new activities, unless expressly authorized by the company concerned.
However, the member may continue using their purchased AI 360 tools without the former company's configuration module.
They may enter their own business information, new objectives, products, services, and instructions corresponding to their new professional activities.
A configuration module belonging to one company must never be presented as applicable to another company without authorization.
4. Permitted Uses
- Use purchased AI tools for professional or personal activities.
- Create marketing content, strategies, action plans, and business communications.
- Use the resources and training materials included in the purchased license.
- Adapt AI-generated content to personal or professional needs.
- Use the tools for another company or activity without reusing an unauthorized MLM company configuration.
- Keep personal copies of downloadable resources within the limits of the license.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Resell, assign, or transfer the license to another person.
- Share account credentials or access with unauthorized third parties.
- Distribute or publicly publish original prompts, training materials, or documents reserved for licensed members.
- Reproduce the tools to create a competing product using our protected resources.
- Commercialize original documents or company configuration modules without written authorization.
- Use an MLM company's name, logo, or confidential information without authorization.
- Use the tools for spam, fraudulent activities, misleading advertising, or unauthorized income claims.
- Bypass access restrictions or security measures protecting the resources.
6. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for the information they provide to artificial intelligence tools and for the content they choose to publish or use.
Members must verify AI-generated responses, comply with applicable laws, respect their MLM company's policies, and follow the rules of the platforms they use.
Members must avoid unrealistic income promises, unauthorized health claims, and misleading commercial communications.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Members must protect personal and confidential information to which they have access.
Members must not submit confidential information belonging to a company, customer, or prospect to an AI service without the necessary authorization.
External AI platforms may have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which members are responsible for reviewing.
8. Intellectual Property
Original prompts, training materials, documents, templates, and resources provided by Network Growth Systems remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights but does not grant permission to resell or redistribute the original resources.
Subject to third-party rights and the terms of the AI services used, members may use the content they generate for their own activities.
9. Suspension for Non-Compliance
If a member violates these terms, Network Growth Systems may request corrective action and, when necessary and proportionate, suspend access.
Serious violations, including fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or circumvention of security measures, may result in termination of the license, subject to applicable legal rights.
Simply leaving an MLM company does not constitute grounds for terminating the member's rights to use AI tools they have personally purchased.
10. AI Tools and Performance
AI 360 tools are designed to assist with prospecting, communication, organization, and professional development.
Network Growth Systems does not guarantee specific commercial results, prospect numbers, recruitment outcomes, sales, or income.
Certain features may depend on external artificial intelligence platforms, whose availability, pricing, limitations, and operating conditions may change.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the consent box on the member activation form, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
Acceptance applies to the use of AI 360 tools and does not replace the member's contractual obligations toward their MLM company.
